In this 6 session seminar, learn spiritual and psychological tools to connect with who you truly are. Leave with a sense of hope and empowerment, knowing you have the tools you need to create a life of meaning, purpose and joy, to dream up goals that light up your heart - and then to make them your reality.

Everyone has a spark inside that yearns to be expressed. When we are in touch with the essence of who we are, and we are living that essence in the world, we feel alive, uplifted and inspired. We feel motivated even in the face of challenges.

When we are not in touch with that essence, we can feel like the spark inside has gone out. We can feel like the world is grey; like life is repetitive and boring. We can feel a sense of not being enough, even if we are hitting all our targets. We know deep inside that there is more to who we are, but we don’t know how to find it.

Purposes come in all different shapes and sizes. For some people, and at some stages in life, purpose can be big and bold and take us outside our comfort zone to achievements we could only dream of. For other people, and/or at other stages, purpose is simpler. For example it might be to be the most authentic and present person we can be.

There is no right or wrong with purpose. There is only the connection with and expression of the most authentic truth we can access within us, at the highest vibration we can find.

In Living Truth and Purpose, we will be exploring the multi-dimensional nature of purpose and soul-identity. We will be exploring soul-based, mental, emotional and physical techniques to connect with and live the truth of who we are.

About Gayatri

Gayatri's background is in positive and transpersonal psychology, spirituality, and personal development. For ten years, she has been designing and facilitating adult education seminars on the subjects of mindset, emotional empowerment, relationships, purpose, and the science of human flourishing.

Gayatri's passion is helping people cultivate wellbeing of the heart, mind and soul. As a coach, therapist and facilitator, Gayatri empowers her clients and students to live the most authentic, meaningful, successful and joyful life possible.

Gayatri is currently undertaking a PhD on the psychology of unconditional love at Leeds Beckett University, where she guest lectures on Consciousness Studies.

Course Contribution

The tuition for this 4 week, 6 session program is $360 AUD inc GST.

Payment plan available, 3 monthly payments of $123.60 AUD. Includes a fee to cover additional administrative costs.

Resit and Concession Price

A concessional rate of $179.99 AUD is available for holders of a current concession card OR attended the previous edition of this program Purpose, Self and Destiny (approx 2014).
